Refund policy
All Sales Are Final As each Eliasso piece is a unique, original hand-painted work of art, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your painting arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damage and packaging immediately upon receipt
- Contact us at elyo.a.khalil@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will assess the damage and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production and packaging may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Custom & Commission Work Custom commissioned paintings are non-refundable once the creative process has begun. A 50% deposit is required upfront and is non-refundable.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
