Processing Time All paintings are original, hand-crafted works. Please allow 2–3 business days for careful packaging and preparation before your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Standard delivery: 2–3 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
- Free shipping on orders over AED 150
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
- GCC countries: 3–7 business days
- Europe & USA: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging Every Eliasso original is carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Canvases are shipped flat or rolled depending on size.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Damaged Orders If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us at elyo.a.khalil@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
